Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

UK Mainland Delivery
We offer free next working day delivery to mainland UK addresses (England, Scotland and Wales) for stocked products as standard. Please note this excludes External Manhole Shutters, which have an additional £90.00 +VAT delivery charge due to their size and weight. Where products are not in stock or made to order the lead-time for that product will be shown on our website. If you have placed an order for some stocked and some non-stocked products and would like the stocked products sent out first as a split delivery please contact us by calling 01603 489260 or e-mailing us at salesandhire@allpipe.co.uk and we will be pleased to arrange this for you.
Click & Collect
We offer a Click & Collect service from our Norwich warehouse for all stocked products. Please contact us for more information on this service by calling 01603 489260 or e-mailing us at salesandhire@allpipe.co.uk and we will be pleased to arrange this for you.
Orders can be collected from our warehouse located within the MAG Group Building, Vulcan Road South, Norwich, Norfolk, NR6 6AF. Please await confirmation of your order being ready for collection before visiting our warehouse.
Non-Mainland UK Delivery
For orders within the UK but not part of the mainland (including the Channel Islands - see below for Northern Ireland delivery charges), there is an additional carriage charge of £35 +VAT, which will be applied to the order once you have entered your shipping address.
Northern Ireland Delivery
Due to ongoing changes in shipping costs between the UK mainland and Northern Ireland, we are currently offering delivery to Northern Ireland on a by quotation basis only as costs applying vary significantly by product type. International Delivery
We supply products worldwide - if you need products to be shipped outside of the UK, please contact us for a delivery quote by calling 01603 489260 or e-mailing us at salesandhire@allpipe.co.uk and we will be pleased to provide a quotation with typical transit times for this service.
Priority Delivery
We offer a same day courier service for stocked items for very urgent projects. This service is quoted on a case-by-case basis as the costs associated depend on the delivery location and the quantity and size of the items being delivered.
