300mm / 12" ASA Penstock for use in manhole chambers or water outlets, manufactured by Althon Limited. This penstock fits pipe sizes up to 300mm / 12", and has a design life of 50 years at 1Mwc and 72 hours at 5Mwc.
ASA manhole penstocks should be installed on a smooth surface, and can be used to control or isolate the water supply temporarily. The penstock valve is manually operated using a T-Key connected to a non-rising spindle on the penstock a 1000mm T-Key can be purchased with this penstock if required.
This Althon penstock is made from HDPE, and comes complete with fixing bolts, chemical anchors, an EDPM seal and a square conical T-Key connector.
