9mm diameter COBRA cable reel available in lengths from 30m to 250m, mounted on a MEDI frame with wheels (larger MAXI frame used on 250m model). All lengths of reel are fitted with an aluminium guide tip for durability.
COBRA cable reels can be used for installing cables in ducts, threading draw ropes through pipes or surveying drains with CCTV cameras. Rodding reels can also be used for attaching a sonde (mouse) for pipe tracing with a Cable Avoidance Tool.
The rodding reels are made from a stable plastic material, constructed with a fibreglass core and a durable, abrasion resistant sheath. The frames are sturdy, strong and used for both the storage of the rod as well as aiding the un-coiling of the rod into the pipe, with a fully adjustable brake system fitted as standard.
