6.7mm diameter Flexitrace pipe tracing system, for use when locating non-metallic pipes, ducts and drains. The 6.7mm model is available in lengths from 50m to 150m, mounted on a steel frame.
Flexitrace provides the benefits of a sonde and a continuous trace system in a single unit, with increased flexibility allowing access through bends as small as 250mm. The rod is made from reinforced fibreglass, with three internal 0.5mm copper trace wires.
The Flexitrace pipe tracing system can be used in 2 modes;
- Sonde Mode
Allows identification of a blockage or end point of a drain by energising the end of the reel - Line Mode
Allows tracing of a non-metallic duct or drain by energising the entire reel
This pipe tracing system is suitable for use with most Cable Avoidance Tools and Signal Generators In either mode.
