1.5 bar blank inflatable pipe stopper, with an expansion range of 500-1000mm/20-40, suitable for pipes with a maximum back pressure of 0.5 bar (5m head of water), or 0.3 bar when inflated above 650mm (3m head of water). This blank inflatable pipe stopper requires 1.5 bar inflation pressure, and is suitable for pipes with a diameter larger than 485mm.
Blank inflatable pipe stoppers can be used to seal a wide range of pipes, with remote inflation through an inflation hose. These pipe stoppers are manufactured from natural rubber, and are fitted with a series 26 coupling.
Please note: Suitable bracing should be used with inflatable blank pipe stoppers are at all times. Back pressure values given are valid in concrete pipes and properly braced configurations see the Examples of Bracing document in the Downloads section for more information.
